Files can be uploaded files to the following locations: Private Storage - Each user has his/her own private storage folder. No other users (not even administrators) can access these files. Public Storage - All users can access these files and share them during conferences. Only administrators can upload files to the public storage folder. Group Storage - Each group has its own group storage folder. Only group managers can upload files to the group storage folder. Any group member can access these files.
The Admin menu provides access to the following functions: Create / manage user accounts Perform advanced group management (adjust group membership and visibility settings define managers of existing groups) Perform advanced file management (including the ability to add file to / remove files from the main public folder) Broadcast alerts to all users
